Getting to Molly Brown House
This house museum is located at 1340 Pennsylvania Street in Denver’s Capitol Hill district, a few blocks from the Colorado State Capitol. There is no museum parking, so it is wise to budget a bit more time to find street parking nearby.

If you would like to stay in the near proximity to Molly Brown House Museum, you would should consider picking accommodation in Denver’s Capitol Hill, Central Business District, or City Park neighborhoods. Alternatively, you can take the RTD light and commuter rail and book accommodation in Denver Tech Center or Centennial, where options are more plentiful and affordable.
Entrance Requirements & Passes
The House Museum is open from 10am to 5pm on every day of the week but Monday. The museum charges admission fees. The fees vary based on your residence (Colorado or elsewhere), age, and protected category. For example, an adult residing outside of Colorado would need to pay $16 at the time of writing. America the Beautiful National Parks pass does not cover or reduce this fee. The house is open for both self guided and docent led tours. Be prepared to pay additional $2 for a 45 minute guided tour.

We had a few hours in Denver, CO at the tail end of our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and we decided to visit this museum. This house museum is an architectural landmark devoted to the life of Ms. Brown. She was best known for being one of the survivors of the Titanic’s tragedy.
The tour starts in a hallway that features a grand staircase to the second floor.
To the right of the hallway there are two interconnected rooms, a study and a library.
These rooms contained a lot of small artifacts aimed to showcase the life in Denver during that time.
As we proceeded to the second floor we could not help but admire the beautiful window work.

Takeaways: Molly Brown House
Ms. Brown House Museum is a small museum with nice Victorian artifacts. Compared to other mansions we visited, it felt a bit small and, therefore, overpriced. We would only recommend visiting this museum if you are truly into the history of this period or have a few hours and dollars to spare while in the area.
